Tee’Kay (born Olaleye Akinyelure) was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1977. At the age of 2, he moved to Nigeria and was raised there until his return to the U.S. in 2005. While in Nigeria, he worked as a freelance photographer which allotted him the opportunity to travel the world working for various clients. He also studied accounting and received a 4-year degree in accounting at the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa.
Upon his return to the U.S., he attended Cleveland State University and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and later a Master’s Degree in Accountancy (Taxation). While studying he worked at the Cuyahoga Hill Juvenile Correction Facility (Ohio Department of Youth Service) as a Youth Specialist. He also spent 3 years working as a Financial Auditor for the State of Ohio.
It was at that time that T.K. discovered his passion for the developmentally disabled. He realized the extensive need for services for those within this community and began to seek ways to get involved. In 2014, he established B-Trice Home Health Agency.
